Terms & Cancellation Policy
- Prices valid from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2024
- To secure your booking we require one night’s deposit and your travel plans to arrange your transfers to and from the Rakiura Retreat and your cell phone number
- Balance due by internet banking prior to arrival
- Cancellations must be made by email to info@rakiuraretreat.co.nz
- 1-5 days prior to arrival loss of deposit .
- 6-14 days prior to arrival, loss of 50% of one night deposit
- 15+days prior to arrival full one night deposit refunded less $50 admin fee
- To receive a refund, bank account name and number or credit card details must be supplied. If deposit was paid by credit card, the same credit card will receive the refund.
